What fits today — not what you wish would fit
A normal to-do list assumes you have the same brain every day. You do not. Task Triage takes the brain dump and today's energy level and hands you a three-item plate that matches what you can actually do right now, plus the honest list of what to park.
Brain-dump your list, pick today’s energy, get a three-item plate.
How the triage works
Each task gets two labels. Cost is how much executive function the task eats: replying to an email is low, writing a report is high. Urgency is whether it is due today, due this week, or a someday idea. You can accept the auto-guess or tap a chip to override it.
Your energy level sets the match. On a low-energy day, low-cost tasks score highest and high-cost tasks get parked even if they are urgent, because starting them would burn the budget you do not have. On a high-energy day, the harder tasks finally get a window. Urgency adds a bonus so a genuinely due-today item is not buried by a tidy backlog.
The output is capped at three. Three is the honest size of a plate for an ADHD brain on most days; a longer list is a wish, not a plan. Parked tasks are not deleted, just moved out of the way so they stop shouting.
Why we don't store your list
Task lists are private by nature and HR software has a habit of reading things it should not. Task Triage is purely client-side: your list is encoded in the page URL only if you personally copy a share link. ADHDefg servers never see it, and there is no account to create.
ADHDefg analysis
Most productivity advice treats the to-do list as a commitment device and the person as a constant. For ADHD brains the variable is the day, not the list. Matching the task to the charge you actually have today is the missing step between a plan you can execute and a plan you will avoid.

Common questions
Is Task Triage a medical or productivity assessment?
No. It is a daily filter that matches your to-do list against how charged you are right now and hands you a three-item plate. It is not a diagnosis and it does not replace a clinician or a real planning system.
Where do my tasks go?
Nowhere. Your list is held in your browser and encoded in the page URL only if you copy a share link yourself. ADHDefg servers never see your tasks.
How does it decide what fits today?
Each task gets a cost (low, medium, high) and an urgency (today, this week, someday). The tool matches cost against your current energy and adds an urgency bonus, then takes the top three as your plate and parks the rest.
What if I disagree with a guess?
Every task shows cost and urgency chips you can tap to override the auto-guess. The triage re-runs instantly and your override is saved with the rest of the state.
