Privacy notice
Plain language — last updated October 2026.
What we collect
- Your email, only if you sign up. Stored in a private server file, alongside the IP address the request came from (used to rate-limit spam signups). Your inbox is never sold, rented, or shared.
- A comment you leave on a Weekly issue. If you write one, we keep your name (or handle), the comment text, and the IP it came from, privately. We use the IP only to rate-limit spam. Only the comment itself is ever shown publicly, and nothing is linked to your email address.
- Standard server logs (IP, page requested, time) kept for troubleshooting — the same as any web server.
- Your tool answers stay in your browser. Work Fit Diagnostic answers, Starter Stack checkmarks, and Kickstart timer state never leave your device unless you personally copy a share link.
What we do NOT do
- Sell or share your email with third parties.
- Send marketing you didn't request, purchase lists, or cold-email.
- Run ads, ad pixels, ad retargeting, or cross-site trackers.
- Use cookies to identify you across sites or build a profile of you.
Hosting and page-speed measurement
The site is served through Cloudflare (CDN), and Cloudflare also injects a privacy-first performance beacon that measures page load speed. It records the page URL and timing, not who you are: it sets no cookies, builds no profile, and does not follow you to other sites. It never sees anything you type into a tool, and it never sees the answers you encode in a share link. We use it only to see whether the site is fast. How Cloudflare Web Analytics works.
One more thing worth naming: this site loads a single webfont (Inter) from Google Fonts, so your browser tells Google which page you opened. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising pixel.
Your rights
Ask any time to see or delete what we have for your address — write to [email protected] with the subject line “ADHDefg data request” and we will act on it. We delete the record itself, not just mark it unsubscribed.
